HRD of the Year - HR Directors Distinction Award
Recognising the ultimate distinction within HR, this award acknowledges the achievement of delivering a people strategy that has demonstrated the greatest level of proficiency and clear results. This is the award that only a HR Director demonstrating distinction at all levels will be recognised for.

that prove rocketing levels of employee satisfaction, encouragement and engagement that demonstrate a motivated workforce that is having a huge commercial input.

Distinction in Adding Value
This award celebrates the demonstration of addition value creation from successful implementation of HR and people strategies. The direct, profitable results that HR strategies have achieved will be rewarded. Demonstration of HR’s input into commercial improvement, profitability, performance growth and the overall commercial and strategic acumen of the HR Director will also be key measures for this winner of this award.

Distinction in Employee Benefits, Rewards and Recognition
