Perry is a Visiting Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University, a Fellow of the RSA, is an associate consultant at the Work Foundation, and is part of the adjunct faculty at Ashridge Executive Education (Hult International Business School).

People are at the heart of everything Ella does. Her career spans charities to on-line retail via high tech. Ella combines deep knowledge of complex HR issues with an engaging, hands-on approach. Using her multi-sector experience Ella spots and uses HR-related synergies in different sectors, including retail, IT services, B2C, B2B, lean operations, and even the charities sector.
Ella is currently helping bring together the two iconic brands of Sainsbury’s and Argos, creating a non-food retailer with £6 billion annual sales and 25,000 employees, and now the UK’s second-largest on-line retailer.
Believing in the value of developing others, Ella makes time to act as a mentor at work and facilitator with Windsor Leadership Trust, to be an active Trustee at The Roundhouse trust, and a member of the International Women’s Forum. Ella is also a keen cyclist enjoying some of the world’s more challenging rides.
Peter has 19 year’s HR experience is a Chartered Member of the Institute for Personnel and Development and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in both Management and Human Resource Management. Peter has also lectured on Human Resources courses at Undergraduate and Masters level.
Peter has a depth of experience in the design and development of outsourced HR service models, often seeing these through from concept through to service delivery.
